This is the agreement between you and Verka when you use the service. Plain language. We'll add formal legal terms before commercial launch.
What Verka does
Verka is an AI-driven marketing platform that analyzes data, generates marketing content and recommendations, and executes approved actions on your connected accounts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Search Console, Analytics). You retain full control over what gets executed.
Your responsibilities
- You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide
- You're responsible for what gets published — Verka prepares, you approve
- Don't connect platforms you don't have authorization to manage
- Don't use Verka for content that violates the policies of connected platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
Our responsibilities
- We do our best to keep the service running
- We don't change behavior of approved automation without notifying you
- We don't push content to your accounts without explicit permission — autonomous mode is opt-in per channel
- We notify you of breach incidents within 72 hours
Pricing
The platform is currently in waitlist. Pricing will be communicated to early customers individually before commercial launch.
Termination
You can leave at any time. Data is exported on request and deleted within 90 days of cancellation.
Liability
Verka is provided as-is during the early access period. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential damages from automated marketing actions you've approved. Review approvals carefully.
Governing law
Sweden. Disputes go to Swedish courts.
